Worldly life tries to become loving to feel Loved by God.

Godly feels the Love of God to become loving.

Worldly looks at what the person has done.

Godly: we get to have the Holy Spirit to obey God.

OLD TESTAMENT: Acts 9:1-6 (7-20)

Worldly: Ananias … laid his hands on Saul and said, “Brother Saul”.
Godly: Ananias sensed the anointing of a brother and laid his hands on Saul and said, "Brother Saul”.

 

Worldly prayer starts from the head.

Godly prayer starts from the heart.

PSALM: 30

Worldy: O LORD my God, I cried to you for help, and you have healed me.
Godly: O LORD my God, I cried to you spiritually for help, and you have healed me.

 

Worldly praises because what they do is worthy.

Godly praises because of who they are is worthy.

EPISTLE: Revelation 5:11-14

Worldy: Singing with full voice “Worthy is the Lamb”.
Godly: Singing with full voice spiritually “Worthy is the Lamb”.

 

Worldly follows His commandments to feel loved by Jesus.

Godly feels the Love of Jesus to follow His commandments.

GOSPEL: John 21:1-19

Worldly: Jesus said to him, “Feed my sheep to feel my Love”.
Godly: Jesus said to him, “Feel my Love to feed my sheep”.
